That's still how we work. Our dispatchers live in Apple Valley. Our service technicians know every street from Spring Valley Lake to Adelanto. We're not a national franchise that routes your call to a distant call center. We handle our own maintenance. We pump our own tanks. Every unit we deliver meets OSHA 1926.51(c) portable toilet requirements for construction sites, meaning the count and placement are legal from day one. We also service agricultural operations that must comply with OSHA 1928.110 field sanitation standards, which require potable water and handwashing facilities within a quarter mile of hand-labor employees.
What we rent
We stock standard portable toilets with 60 to 70 gallon holding tanks, ADA-accessible units that meet ADA Standards 213.2 and 404.2.3 for doorway clearance and maneuvering space, and deluxe flushable models for events where comfort matters. Roll-off dumpsters range from 10 to 40 yards and need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Restroom trailers handle weddings, film sets and corporate events with hot water, climate control and multiple stalls. We rent storage containers for equipment and materials. Temporary fencing secures work zones. Handwashing stations satisfy 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requirements for soap, towels and a hand drying device, hand sanitizer alone does not meet code.
Septic pumping is what built our reputation. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank capacity. We pump commercial tanks, grease interceptors, holding tanks and porta-potty holding tanks. We dispose of the material properly and pull up a detailed receipt.
How we work

Winter brings different challenges, and we know how to winterize units so they work when it freezes.
We're licensed, insured and bonded. We carry liability insurance. We file all required permits and documentation with local jurisdictions. We answer emergency calls at 3 a.m. because job sites don't shut down for convenience.
